HAYLEY PAYNE - BAKER, DESIGNER AND DECORATOR
I have been baking 'free from' for more than 17 years and have had Cakefinity for nearly 10 years.
It has been so important to me to be able to provide treats that are gluten, dairy and soya free but that don't compromise on quality or flavour. I have spent many years working on recipes to ensure that they are perfect and as close to the real thing as possible.
I work in a 5* kitchen and hold a level 2 food hygiene for catering certificate and an allergen awareness certificate. I am fully insured and registered with East Suffolk Council.
My kitchen is free from any gluten, dairy and soya ingredients so there is no chance of cross contamination. I bake from an entirely dedicated cake kitchen which allows me the space and focus to make the most perfect cakes for you.
