Cake supply to business
Here at Cakefinity I offer cakes supplied direct to cafes. This includes whole cakes and slices too.
The benefit of having your 'free from' range supplied by me means that you ensure your customers with allergies are kept safe. My entire kitchen is free from gluten, dairy and soya which means that there is no chance of cross contamination. It is a logistical nightmare for some restaurants and cafes to ensure the safety of their 'free from' range if it is baked within their own kitchen due to the high risks of cross contamination.
Every cafe I supply is provided with a folder which contains full allergen matrix and a full ingredient list for each item. This folder also contains guidance to staff with regards to the safe storage and serving of the cakes.
